Human Capital Management
ManagementPbSi provides administrative, management and technical services to support client human capital management requirements by establishing and managing programs and processes that support both federal and contract employees across the breath of traditional HR services, including training, annual planning, directives management, workforce plan administration, buy-out/early-out administration, A-76 sourcing, position management and classification, safety, recruitment and placement, retirement counseling and services, performance management, incentive awards and monitoring employee certification requirements. PbSi also develops annual operating plans as well as operational processes and procedures to implement annual operating plan components.
Training
- PbSi ensures that the technical knowledge and skill levels of both federal and contract workforces remain high, and that training programs and plans to improve them are developed, maintained and enhanced.
 - PbSi conducts organizational performance evaluations and designs competency-based approaches for identifying workforce training needs and developing performance management plans.
 - PbSi designs classroom training, self-study training modules, and computer-based training for technical professionals.
 - PbSi administers training and continuing education; and conducts training performance evaluations.
 - PbSi provides leadership development training and skills enhancement and inventories knowledge, skills, and abilities to align training needs with position descriptions and performance expectations.
